Diet, colonics and filtered/alkalinized water is KEY to great skin.
Properly balanced diet with lots of raw options, no processed foods, mostly organic are key—green juices, green smoothies, salads, etc. Colonics also help expedite your bodies ability to purge toxins, that helped my skin A LOT.
The cleaner the diet, the easier it is for your body to regulate itself!
I’ve also been drinking mostly if not all Kangen water—it’s filtered and alkalinized, it’s amazing.
